We thought long and hard about which players to include in our list of the Top 100 Players to Watch in 2009. We argued over a few names. Regrettably, we had to leave out some players who were certainly worthy. But we finally got it down to an even 100.

And now it's time to count it down.
With the 2009 PGA TOUR season just around the corner -- Jan. 8 to be specific; that's the first day of the Mercedes-Benz Championship in Hawaii -- here are PGATOUR.COM's 100 TOUR players we think will make the most impact next year, both in on-the-course success and off-the-course interest.
We'll start with players 91-100 and work our way down to New Year's Eve (see the calendar below) when we unveil our No. 1 player on the list (you get one guess!). For each player, we've created an in-depth preview, with an overview by Helen Ross, a quick analysis by John Maginnes, a statistical look at various aspects of each player's game, and a five-year performance overview.
